If you have forgotten password for login to your Eutelnet account, in the following text, we will describe in detail how to successfully restore your password.
In internet browser you are using (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) you need to open our site eutelnet.rs.
Then click on the link “Пријава“.
On the new page “ПРИЈАВА”, click on link “Заборављена лозинка?”
Next, in the field “Email address”, enter your e-mail address that you submitted when creating your Eutelnet account or e-mail address you defined during last change of contact information.
Make sure you type your email address correctly and click the button “Submit”.
After you see a page which inform you that the email was successfully sent,
your will receive e-mail titled “Your login details for Eutelnet Ltd.” containing the password reset link that you need to click on.
By clicking on that link, a new page will be opened in your browser, which contains the fields “New password” and “Confirm new password” . 
Enter new password in field “New password”
then enter the same password in field “Confirm new password” .
Password Strenght
Pay attention to password complexity in “Password Strenght” bar. 
In that bar, colors: red, orange and green, represents low, medium, and high level of security for your password.
In blue square, you can find tips on how to quickly and easily increase the security of your password. 
Click on the blue button “Save Changes“, to complete process. 
You will then be informed about successful password restore.
Also, same information will be sent to your email address.
You can now use your new password to login to your Eutelnet account.
