If you have a problem accessing your services (hosting, email address… .etc.), The most common reason for this is the blocking of the IP address from which you are trying to access mentioned services.
In following text we will explain you how to unblock you IP address, and check the reason for the blockage, through your Eutelnet account.

To automatically remove your IP address from list of blocked addresses, you simply need to access your Eutelnet account from same internet connection from which you have difficulties accessing your services.
In internet browser you are using (Firefox, Chrome, Edge…etc) you need to open our site eutelnet.rs.
Then click on the link “Пријава“.
When you click on the link above, a new page will open, where you can enter your login credentials.
In field “Мејл адреса“, you need to enter your e-mail address which you have submitted during registration of your Eutelnet account.
And in the field “Лозинка” you need to enter the password you have defined during registration, which we also have sent to you in the email after activation of your Eutelnet account.
After that, clicking on the button “Пријава” to login on your Eutelnet account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking on the link “Заборављена лозинка“.
